Cluster 1 (Items 16, 17, 18): Being able to honestly communicate with others in MAT/Suboxone group, regularly contributing in MAT/Suboxone group (ex. Talking and sharing in group), regularly attending MAT/Suboxone group. Cluster 2 (Items 6, 3, 1): Not using other substances that are not opioids (ex. Cocaine, methamphetamine, alcohol), abstinence from all drugs, taking my Suboxone as prescribed. Cluster 3 (Items 4, 11, 12, 13, 22, 8, 20): not using opioids; being happy; having hopes, dreams and goals for the future (ex. Feeling hopeful/optimistic about the future); having self-worth (ex. Feeling good about myself on a daily basis); having a safe, stable place to live, not being physically dependent on drugs (ex.
